Are you a Registered Nurse who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and making a real difference behind the scenes? Join our team and play a key role in preparing caregivers to deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead engaging onboarding sessions for newly hired caregivers
- Provide hands-on training, guidance, and ongoing support
- Educate caregivers on care standards, policies, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for caregivers
Schedule & Location:
- Every Tuesdays only
- 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

What We’re Looking For:
- Active RN license
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching, coaching, and leadership
- Experience in home care or caregiver training is a plus
