Are you an experienced caregiver who leads by example, stays calm under pressure, and jumps in when needed most? We’re seeking a dependable, compassionate, and proactive Lead Caregiver to support our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis—with a strong focus on weekend coverage and on-call availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on, high-quality care in alignment with client care plans
- Fill in for last-minute call-outs or open shifts as needed
- Act as a point of contact and leader for caregiving staff during assigned shifts
- Communicate clearly with clients, families, and the office team
- Uphold care standards and ensure adherence to company policies
What You Bring:
- Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience (Required)
- Weekend and on-call availability (Required)
- Ability to solve problems quickly and make sound decisions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Leadership experience in home care or healthcare (Preferred)
- CPR/First Aid certification (Preferred)

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
