About the Role
Home Aid Caregivers, LTD is seeking a motivated and personable Home Aid Recruiter to join our growing administrative team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting and retaining dedicated caregivers who are passionate about serving others. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building meaningful professional relationships.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified caregivers.
• Review applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain organized and compliant personnel files in accordance with company and state standards.
• Build strong partnerships with local schools, workforce centers, and community organizations.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify current and future staffing needs.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare recruiting, human resources, or staffing preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of home care or healthcare compliance regulations is a plus.
