We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Lead Caregivers to join our team!

Requirements:

Experience with Dementia and Alzheimer’s care
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support client needs
Dependable, patient, and compassionate personality
Document and maintain accurate records of care activities, changes in condition, and incidents.
Provide direct care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, mobility support, and medication reminder
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit
