About the Role:
Join Tradition Home Health Care as a Home Health Aide and make a difference in the lives of our clients in Brooklyn, NY. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide essential support and care to those in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document clients' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Requirements:
- New York State PCA certificate
- Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and assist clients with mobility.
- Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability.
Compensation: $19.65 - $22.00 per hour
