Job Description:
Home Aid Caregivers is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to join our Tyler, TX office. This position is the first point of contact for our clients, caregivers, and community partners. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, and able to multitask in a fast-paced home care environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, caregivers, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Maintain client and caregiver records
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork and basic office administration
  • Communicate effectively with office staff and management
  • Keep the front office organized and running smoothly
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, data entry)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Compassionate attitude and professionalism
  • Experience in healthcare or home care is a plus, but not required
