Key Responsibilities of an Occupational Therapist (OT):
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
- Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to client goals
- Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Provide education, support, and recommendations to clients and caregivers
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with regulatory requirements
Requirements of an Occupational Therapist (OT):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Massachusetts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to client-centered, evidence-based practice
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (if applicable)
