 Additional pay for Aide Supervision visits 
Job Type: Per Diem / Contract Schedule: Flexible – set your own availability
 Location: Local home visits (mileage reimbursed, if applicable)

 Job Description We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to complete in-home assessments for home care clients. This position is ideal for nurses looking for flexible scheduling, per-visit pay, and independent field work.

 Responsibilities
  Complete comprehensive in-home assessments       
  Perform medical, social, and environmental assessments 
  Obtain and document vital signs    
  Develop and document a plan of care
  Obtain and coordinate physician (MD) orders 
  Complete accurate and timely documentation
  Conduct Aide supervision visits as required Qualifications
  Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred)
  Strong assessment and documentation skills
  Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
  Ability to work independently
