Your Core Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Draft SEO-friendly job ads and post to niche caregiver, CNA, and home-health boards.
- Screen resumes, run phone prescreens, and conduct in-person or video interviews.
- Manage background checks, reference verifications, and credential tracking.

Pipeline & Partnership Building
- Cultivate relationships with CNA programs, nursing schools, veteran associations, and workforce centers.
- Attend job fairs, open houses, and virtual hiring events to grow a diverse talent pool.
- Leverage community organizations to source bilingual and specialized-skill caregivers.

Data-Driven Hiring Strategy
- Monitor time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and retention at 30/60/90 days; present insights to leadership.
- Forecast staffing needs in collaboration with Scheduling and Clinical teams to support agency growth goals.

Onboarding & Orientation
- Lead engaging weekly orientations that cover compliance, EVV, infection control, and culture.
- Ensure digital and paper files meet state home-care regulations for audits.

Ideal Background & Skill Set
- 2–3 + years of high-volume recruiting—healthcare or home-care preferred.
- Self-starter
- Team-Oriented
- Contributes to a positive work culture
- Proven success with sourcing platforms (Indeed, MyCNAJobs, Facebook Groups, nursing-school portals).
- Comfortable with applicant-tracking systems and Microsoft 365; ATS/HRIS (ClearCare/WellSky, Get Hired, Career Plug, or similar) a plus.
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder—phone, email, social, and in person.
- Organized multitasker who thrives on hitting weekly hire targets without sacrificing quality.
