This is a meaningful 1:1 caregiving role where trust, consistency, and compassion matter most.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing
Your mornings will focus on supportive, judgment-free care:
🧹 Helping the client organize and declutter gently, at their comfort level
🧠 Providing emotional support and encouragement
🗂️ Assisting with organization and maintaining a safe living space
🚗 Driving the client to appointments, grocery shopping, and outings
🛒 Assisting during shopping and errands
☕ Offering companionship, conversation, and structure to the day

🌈 We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
✔ Experienced with behavioral hoarding or similar behavioral health challenges
✔ Extremely patient, calm, and respectful
✔ Comfortable supporting routines and boundaries
✔ Organized, encouraging, and emotionally intelligent
✔ A strong communicator who builds trust

Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, or Behavioral Health Aide is a plus!
🚗 Must-Haves
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license & auto insurance
• Ability to pass background, driving record, and drug screen
• Ability to follow all health & safety guidelines

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
