Registered Nurse- RN- Private Duty Care

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide private duty nursing care for
individual clients in a home or private setting. This role is ideal for nurses who prefer focused,
one-on-one care and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality nursing services.

Position Overview:
 One-to-one nursing care for a single client per shift
 Assignments may be short-term or ongoing
 Flexible scheduling based on nurse availability and client needs

Compensation:
 $70–$100 per hour, based on experience and clinical requirements
 Weekly pay
 Flexible scheduling

Qualifications:
 Active New York State RN license
 Minimum of 2 years of hospital nursing experience required
 BLS certification
 Strong clinical assessment skills and sound judgment
 Professional, dependable, and patient-focused bedside manner

Responsibilities:
 Administer medications and monitor patient condition
 Provide skilled nursing care, including:

o G-tube feeding
o Wound care
o IV/PICC line management and infusion therapies
 Assist with mobility and transfers, including mechanical lifts when required
 Provide support during advanced illness or end-of-life care when applicable
 Document care accurately and communicate with care coordinators and family members as needed.

 Assignments matched based on experience and comfort level
 Emphasis on safe, consistent, and attentive patient care
Compensation: $0.70 - $1.00 per hour
