Registered Nurse- RN- Private Duty Care

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide private duty nursing care for
individual clients in a home or private setting. This role is ideal for nurses who prefer focused,
one-on-one care and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality nursing services.
Position Overview:
One-to-one nursing care for a single client per shift
Assignments may be short-term or ongoing
Flexible scheduling based on nurse availability and client needs
Compensation:
$70–$100 per hour, based on experience and clinical requirements

Qualifications:
Active New York State RN license
Minimum of 2 years of hospital nursing experience required
BLS certification
Strong clinical assessment skills and sound judgment
Professional, dependable, and patient-focused bedside manner
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and monitor patient condition
Provide skilled nursing care, including:
o G-tube feeding
o Wound care
o IV/PICC line management and infusion therapies
Assist with mobility and transfers, including mechanical lifts when required
Provide support during advanced illness or end-of-life care when applicable
Document care accurately and communicate with care coordinators and family members as needed.
