Who We Are:
Caring Hands is a Home Health Care Agency seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full Time Training at our Greensboro, NC location. This position will be based out of our office located at 4321 S Elm-Eugene St, Greensboro, NC 27406.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing services while participating in hands-on clinical training to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.
- Assist with training and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) on proper care techniques and safety procedures.
- Provide direct patient care including medication administration, treatments, and basic nursing assessments.
- Monitor client health status and report changes to the RN/Clinical Supervisor.
- Participate in agency training sessions on policies, procedures, and clinical documentation.
- Support care plan implementation under the direction of the supervising Registered Nurse.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, agency policies, and home health standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and visit documentation.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation for travel to client locations
- Ability to work independently in home settings
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Home Health experience
- CPR Certification
- Med Tech certification (if applicable)
