We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled In-Home Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients’ homes throughout Springfield, MA and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities for Physical Therapist Assistant(PTA):
- Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans as prescribed
- Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, and functional training
- Administer physical agents such as heat, cold, ultrasound, or electrical stimulation (per state regulations)
- Observe, document, and report patient responses and progress to the Physical Therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and proper body mechanics
- Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment
- Comply with all facility policies, professional standards, and state practice acts
Qualifications for Physical Therapist (PTA):
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Massachusetts.
- Previous experience in home health or outpatient physical therapy preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
