CNAs and HHAs needed -- 10 to 12-hour Shifts

Part Time • Sarasota
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary
  • Flexible schedule
  • Training & development
RISE UP HOMECARE is a rapidly expanding caregiver agency seeking CNAs and HHAs. In particular we need caregivers available for longer shifts of 10 to 12 hours both on Weekdays and Weekends, as well as Overnights.

We pay every Friday. Our pay rate: HHAs start at $19hr, CNAs at $20hr ... and these numbers can rise a bit as we get to know you. If you are not yet an HHA, our staff nurse can train and certify you as an HHA.

Some of our shifts are in the client's home, some in facilities. They range from companion shifts (monitoring the client’s condition, helping with meal prep, light housekeeping, etc.) ... to providing assistance with mobility and ADLs.

Requirements:
  •  Prior experience in caregiving preferred.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with clients and their families.
  • Dependability in getting to shifts on time with no or few call outs.
  • Valid Florida driver's license and a vehicle always available with current registration and insurance.
We are different from other caregiving agencies in one very important way -- all of our office staff are caregivers. We make every effort to find shifts matching your preferences. We know that if our caregivers are happy, our clients are going to be happy.
