About the Role:
Join Tradition Home Health Care as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients in Brooklyn, NY. We are seeking compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to those in need.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
  • Help clients with mobility and physical exercises to promote independence.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in their homes.
  • Document care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Valid NY State PCA Certificate
  • Previous experience in home care or a similar role 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation: $19.65 - $22.00 per hour
