What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound calls from clients, families, and caregivers
- Coordinate client intake and onboarding processes
- Oversee caregiver scheduling and shift coverage
- Maintain client records, documentation, and compliance files
- Support billing, payroll, and administrative operations
- Assist with recruiting, applicant tracking, and hiring workflows
- Serve as Alternative Administrator (per Florida AHCA requirements)
- Coordinate non-medical home care services (ADLs, personal care, companionship)
- Act as liaison between RN, caregivers, recruiting, and leadership
- Keep daily operations organized, efficient, and compliant
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ year of supervisory or administrative experience in home care (preferred)
- Background in home health, hospice, assisted living, hospital, or healthcare admin is helpful
- Experience with scheduling systems preferred, but not required
- Understanding of Florida AHCA regulations (or ability to learn quickly)
- Ability to step in as Alternate Administrator when needed
- Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with staff coordination, scheduling, or recruiting support
- Professional communication skills and calm under pressure mindset
- Must be local to West Palm Beach, FL area
