Nurse Next Door San Jose is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA. If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate health records.
- Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to promote social interaction.
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health status.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
Requirements:.
- Previous caregiving experience in a home care or healthcare setting is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Background check clearance
- HCA Registration with Guardian (State of CA)
- TB test
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.

Compensation: $21.50 - $23.00 per hour
