Just-In Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as the clinical oversight of our growing home care agency.
This position is ideal for a nurse who enjoys both hands-on client interaction and building strong clinical systems that support caregivers and ensure high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee client assessments and reassessments
• Develop and maintain individualized care plans
• Lead caregiver training and clinical competency programs
• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to caregiving staff
• Review and manage incident reports and clinical concerns
• Conduct chart audits and quality assurance reviews
• Ensure compliance with state home care regulations
• Assist leadership with clinical policies, procedures, and best practices

Compensation:
Salary range: $75,000 – $82,500 depending on experience.
The upper end of the salary range is intended for candidates who bring strong leadership experience and are able to fully oversee clinical compliance, quality assurance, and regulatory readiness for the agency.

Qualifications:
• Active RN license in the state
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience
• Home care, hospice, or senior care leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership, training, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with office staff and caregivers
