About the Role:
Join Tradition Home Health Care as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in Brooklyn, NY, where you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. We are looking for compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing high-quality personal care and support in a home setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being to the family
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Help clients with mobility and physical exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in their homes.
Requirements:
- Valid Home Health Aide certification in New York State.
- Previous experience in home health care or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes.
Compensation: $19.65 - $22.00 per hour
