- Provide hands-on personal care with respect and compassion
- Support safe movement, mobility, and simple exercises
- Prepare nourishing meals and encourage hydration
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
- Offer medication reminders and observe changes in condition
- Build meaningful connections through conversation and companionship
- Assist with errands, appointments, and staying engaged in the community
What Makes You a Great Fit
- A caring, dependable person who shows up and follows through
- Experience as a PCA, caregiver, HHA, or CNA is helpful—but we’ll train the right heart
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols
- Strong communication skills and respect for client dignity
- Detail-oriented—you notice the little things that make a big difference

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
