A Circle of Love Home Care is hiring a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager. This role is ideal for nurses seeking flexible hours or supplemental income.

Responsibilities:
- Complete initial assessments and care plans
- Conduct supervisory visits
- Support and guide caregivers
- Ensure documentation and compliance
Compensation:
- Per visit and admin pay
- Mileage reimbursement
- $500 sign-on bonus
- $250 at 30 days
- $250 at 90 days
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Georgia
- Valid Driver's License and SSC
- Recent negative TB Test Result
- Current CPR Certification
- Home care or case management experience preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
