What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
- Help with range‑of‑motion exercises, walking, and physician‑directed therapy routines.
- Check vital signs, track fluid/food intake, and report changes promptly.
- Remind clients to take meds as ordered and document compliance.
- Prepare nutritious meals, perform light housekeeping, run errands, and offer friendly companionship.
- Follow all infection‑control and fall‑prevention protocols, keep accurate EMR notes via our easy‑to‑use app.
Requirements:
- Can speak "English" and "Hindu and/or Spanish"
- Driver's License and Social Security Card
- Active CNA license for CNAs (state‑specific), PCA Test Results for PCAs (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Recent negative TB test result (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and ability to lift/transfer clients
- Basic computer/app skills for charting and communication
- Empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to protecting client dignity and privacy

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
