Position Overview:
We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Community Liaison, Business Development Representative, and Recruiter to join our team. This is a field-based role focused on building referral relationships and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, networking, and driving growth through meaningful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain referral sources
* Generate and close new leads
* Conduct outreach, including cold calling and networking
* Plan and attend community events
* Track performance and submit weekly reports
* Manage your own schedule and territory

Requirements:
* Sales/marketing experience or marketing degree

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
