Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) – One-to-One Patient Care
Looking for a HHA for a female client in Upper Black Eddy, PA.  Available shift is 7am-12pm, Sunday through Saturday.  Ideal caregiver would be compassionate, caring and dedicated.  If you are looking for consistency with your schedule, reach out to us today.

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Hands-On ADL Support – Safely assist transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility—always protecting dignity.

  • Home Environment – Change linens, do light housekeeping and laundry.

  • Medication & Symptom Monitoring – Provide reminders

  • Therapeutic Engagement – Read aloud, reminisce, guide range-of-motion exercises, or accompany short walks to boost mental and physical wellness.

  • Accurate Documentation – Record care notes, progress, and concerns in our digital charting system before each shift ends.

 
What You’ll Need to Succeed


  • Minimum 1 year of paid home-health or hospice experience.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to reach clients’ homes.

  • Clear, confident communication and a passion for relationship-centered care.

Compensation: $17.50 per hour
