We are a licensed Homecare Agency based in Morristown, NJ, serving clients in Morris and Union counties by providing licensed caregivers and companions to elderly and/or disabled adults.  Our goal is to create a trusted, supportive service that allows seniors and adults with disabilities to age and live safely and comfortably at home. As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll transform data, creative ideas, and community relationships into real client impact while learning the business side of homecare from leaders who invest in your success.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a field-based role focused on building referral relationships and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, networking, and driving growth through meaningful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain referral sources
• Generate and close new leads
• Conduct outreach including cold calling and regular visits to potential referral sources
• Plan and attend community events
• Track performance and submit weekly reports
• Manage your own schedule and territory
Skills & Qualifications:
• Comfortable with cold calling and in-person marketing visits with potential referral sources
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Excellent time management and organization
• Confident communicator with public speaking ability
• Results-oriented, assertive, and competitive
• Ability to handle rejection professionally
Requirements:
• Sales/marketing experience or marketing degree
• Healthcare experience is a plus (not required)
• Valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursed)
• Full-time availability

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
