$70,000-$90,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Bonus

Tradition Homecare is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to grow our private-pay home care business throughout Broward and/or Palm Beach.

The ideal candidate has experience in home care, hospice, senior living, healthcare sales, or a related field and excels at building relationships that generate referrals and revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Develop referral relationships with assisted living communities, hospitals, physicians, elder law attorneys, geriatric care managers, and other senior care professionals
  • Generate new private-pay client referrals
  • Represent Tradition Homecare at networking and community events
  • Meet and exceed growth goals within your territory
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of healthcare sales, home care, hospice, senior living, or business development experience
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Reliable transportation for local travel
Preferred: Existing relationships within Broward and Palm Beach Counties and experience generating private-pay referrals.

Top performers have the opportunity to earn $120,000-$150,000+ annually.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
