What You'll Do
As a Home Care Aide, you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by:
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, transfers, and mobility
- Helping maintain a clean and safe home environment through light housekeeping and laundry
- Providing medication reminders and observing changes in a client's condition
- Offering companionship, conversation, and encouragement throughout the day
- Documenting care provided and communicating important updates to the care team
What We're Looking For
- Completion of a Home Care Aide (HCA) program or equivalent training and willing to obtain at least an HCA
- At least one year of caregiving, home health, hospice, or facility experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong communication skills and comfort using electronic care notes
- Dependability, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help others

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
