We're looking for compassionate caregivers who bring a positive, "can-do" attitude, thrive as team players, adapt confidently to changing situations, and are dedicated to providing outstanding care.

Unlike traditional caregiving agencies, we specialize exclusively in one-on-one care. This means you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your clients and provide personalized support without being responsible for multiple clients at the same time. Even when care is provided within a facility setting, you will be assigned to care for only one client per shift.

 
We have opportunities in Southfield, Royal Oak, Troy, Bloomfield Hills, West Bloomfield, and Farmington Hills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
  • Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
  • Prepare meals and snacks
  • Light housekeeping activities
  • Medication reminders
  • Provide companionship
  • Assist with errands and shopping
  • 12 Hour Night Shifts - Must be able to stay until 8am 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred - Minimum of 1 year of Previous Caregiving Experience
  • Experienced working in Home Care, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing or Group Home is Preferred
  • Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
  • Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, respectful, ethical
