Find a caregiving job worth staying for.
You already know how rewarding caregiving can be. You also know that where you work matters.
At Care to Stay Home, we are looking for dependable, experienced caregivers who want consistent client relationships, meaningful work, and a local team that values the care they provide.
Our goal is simple: match great caregivers with clients they can get to know and care for consistently.
If you are looking for a home care company where you can settle into a routine, build trust with your clients, and be part of a team that knows who you are, we would love to meet you.
Why Caregivers Choose Care to Stay Home
Consistent Client Relationships
We believe continuity creates better care. Whenever possible, we build long-term client assignments so you can get to know your client instead of constantly starting over with someone new.

A Team That Knows Your Name
We are a locally owned, family-operated company. You are not one of hundreds of caregivers managed from somewhere else. Our local team is here when you need support.

One-on-One Care
Give your attention to one person at a time. Home care gives experienced caregivers the opportunity to slow down, understand their client's needs, and provide the kind of personalized care that can be difficult in a facility setting.
