Responsibilities:
Milenis Home Care is looking for a driven and compassionate Recruiter/Scheduler Intake Coordinator to join our growing team in West Palm Beach, FL! In this dynamic role, you'll be the heartbeat of our operations — connecting talented caregivers with clients who need them most while ensuring seamless scheduling and intake processes. Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and onboard qualified private duty home care aides and caregivers
- Manage caregiver scheduling to ensure consistent, reliable coverage for all active clients
- Coordinate new client intake, including gathering care needs, preferences, and documentation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for caregivers, clients, and families regarding scheduling changes
- Maintain accurate records in scheduling and HR software systems
- Proactively fill open shifts and resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely manner
- Support compliance with state and agency requirements during the hiring and intake process
- Build and maintain a strong caregiver pipeline through ongoing recruitment efforts
Requirements:
- Prior experience in home care, healthcare staffing, or a related field strongly preferred
- Experience in recruiting, scheduling, or intake coordination
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, client-first attitude
- Proficiency with scheduling software, ATS platforms, or similar tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to staffing needs
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in the South Florida market

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
