What You'll Do
This unique position combines your hands-on caregiving knowledge with office-based responsibilities. 

  • Recruit and connect with prospective caregivers.
  • Conduct telephone screenings and in-office interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding, orientations, and caregiver training.
  • Introduce caregivers to clients and help ensure successful placements
  • Provide hands-on coaching and support to caregivers in the field.
  • Help coordinate coverage for call-offs and urgent staffing needs.
This position is approximately 80% office-based and 20% field-based. You will work from our Bingham Farms office with regular travel throughout the service area.

What you bring
  • 2+ years of professional caregiving experience, preferably 1:1 senior care.
  • Prior Office or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and willingness to adapt to changing needs
  • Availability to work Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and shared on-call duties.
  • Must maintain a valid driver license, current car insurance and vehicle registration, and have a reliable personal vehicle.
Compensation
$21-$24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
