Milenis Home Care is hiring experienced professionals for our Luxury Home & VIP Concierge Care Program.
Experience Required
Applicants must have previous professional experience in at least one of the following:
- Luxury hotel or resort
- Hospitality or concierge service
- Private estate or executive household
- Private club or VIP service
- Private-duty home care
- HHA/CNA caregiving
- Senior companionship
Luxury hospitality or hotel experience is highly valued.
You do not have to already be an HHA. Selected candidates with strong hospitality or private-estate experience may be supported in completing the appropriate HHA training and competency pathway before providing personal-care services.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional companionship and client support
- Assist with meals, errands, appointments, and household organization
- Provide concierge-style assistance
- Follow client routines and care plans
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
- Communicate professionally with families and household staff
- Maintain a safe, organized, and comfortable environment
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience required
- Polished and professional presentation
- Excellent grooming and personal hygiene
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable, punctual, discreet, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in luxury homes and private estates
- Reliable transportation
- Background screening required
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain
