Experienced CNA / Advanced Caregiver | North Idaho & Spokane area
Great care starts with a great team—and some clients need caregivers with a higher level of experience, confidence, and skill.
Care to Stay Home is looking for experienced CNAs and advanced caregivers who are comfortable providing hands-on care and want the opportunity to build meaningful, one-on-one relationships with their clients.
Our reputation and recognition have been built by caregivers who show up, know what they’re doing, and take pride in doing it well.
If you’ve worked hard to become an exceptional caregiver, we want to meet you.
Why Experienced Caregivers Choose Care to Stay Home
Put Your Skills to Work
Your experience matters. We have clients who benefit from caregivers who are confident with transfers, mobility assistance, personal care, bedbound care, range-of-motion exercises, fall prevention, and more complex daily care needs.

One Client.
Step away from the constant rush of caring for multiple residents at once. In home care, you have the opportunity to focus on one client, learn their routines, recognize subtle changes, and provide thoughtful, individualized care.

Consistent Client Relationships
Whenever possible, we build long-term assignments. Instead of constantly starting over, you can learn your client's needs, establish trust, and become an important part of their care team.
