CNA Team Lead - Home Care Quality & Training

At Benevolent Hearts Home Care - Bedford, TX, we're seeking an experienced CNA Team Lead to support clients, coach caregivers, and help maintain exceptional care standards throughout our service area.
This is a hands-on leadership position that combines direct client care, caregiver mentoring, case launches, and on-call support.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support clients living with Alzheimer's, dementia, stroke recovery, and hospice-related needs
- Train, mentor, and coach caregivers on best practices and care techniques
- Conduct quality assurance and home safety visits
- Assist with new client starts and caregiver introductions
- Help address urgent staffing needs and participate in an on-call rotation
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and office staff
- Serve as a role model for professionalism, compassion, and reliability
Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification required
- Minimum 5 years of professional caregiving, home care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing experience
- Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia care preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
- Ability to travel throughout the service area
- Comfortable using smartphones and electronic documentation systems
- Ability to safely transfer and assist clients as needed
