About the Role:
Join our dedicated team at Senior Care At Home Edmond as a Professional Caregiver. This role is perfect for compassionate, reliable individuals looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors within our local community. You will provide personalized, non-medical support tailored to our clients' unique daily needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if required.
  • Medication Reminders: Provide timely cues to ensure medications are taken as prescribed.
  • Light Housekeeping: Keep the client's living space clean, tidy, and sanitized.
  • Companionship: Engage in meaningful conversation, activities, and emotional support.
  • Cognitive Support: Provide safety oversight, reminders, and specialized care for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's.
  • Transportation: Drive clients to local medical appointments, grocery stores, or errands.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Experience: 1–3 years of professional caregiving experience is preferred. (CNA or HHA certification is a major plus, but not required).
  • Requirements: Must pass a clean background check, possess reliable transportation, hold a valid driver's license, and provide a minimum of 2 professional references.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work weekend shifts is highly preferred.
  • Attributes: Patient, trustworthy, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a care team.
