Caregiver / CNA - In Home Senior Care - Flexible Schedule

We are seeking experienced Caregivers, CNAs, Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Assistants, and Senior Care Professionals to join our growing home care team. Our caregivers help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while providing the compassionate support families rely on.
If you have experience providing personal care, companionship, Alzheimer's care, dementia care, hospice support, or assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), we would love to meet you.

Qualifications
-
Minimum 1 year of professional Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, or Home Care experience
- Experience working with seniors preferred
- Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia care preferred
- Ability to travel within a 30-minute radius of your home
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
Caregiver & CNA Responsibilities
- Assist seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene assistance
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, gait belts, and Hoyer lifts when needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support clients living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia
- Assist stroke recovery and hospice clients as directed by the care plan
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands
- Monitor client condition and report changes to office staff
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
- Follow individualized care plans and company policies
