How You'll Make a Difference
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and other daily living activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes
- Accompany clients to appointments and community activities when needed
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Complete care notes and communicate with your Care Manager
The Skills & Heart You Bring

At least one year of paid professional experience in home care, hospice, assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or another healthcare setting
- Ability to effectively communicate in English; Spanish language skills are strongly preferred due to the needs of many of our clients and families

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using a smartphone for documentation and communication
- Passion for serving seniors with dignity, compassion, and respect
