What You’ll Do

Champion Client Care – Review and refine individualized Care Plans; accompany clients to appointments; ensure high-quality, patient-centered service.
Lead & Develop Caregivers – Recruit, onboard, coach, and upskill staff; provide ongoing training that elevates care standards.
Drive Scheduling Excellence – Build efficient schedules for 30-40 clients, keeping overtime to a minimum.
Collaborate & Communicate – Work closely with physicians, families, and internal teams to solve problems quickly and compassionately.
Grow the Team – Partner with recruiters to uncover new caregiver talent pipelines and maintain a robust on-call rotation.

3+ years of hands-on caregiver or home-health experience; prior Care Coordinator/Supervisor background preferred.

We also have something most agencies don’t: a full-time social worker on staff, available to you at no cost for resources, referrals, or just support when you need it. She leads monthly in-service sessions focused specifically on caregiver wellbeing, because we know this work can be demanding and we want to make sure you’re taken care of too.

Compensation

Your starting pay is based on your experience and skill set, with CNAs receiving an additional bump. From there, your pay is not fixed: as you complete training levels and grow your skills, your hourly rate grows with you. You also earn PTO through completing training, and after one year you’re eligible for our 401k with a matching program. If you refer another caregiver who joins the team and works 80 hours, you earn a $250 referral bonus.
