At Care to Stay Home, we believe seniors deserve the opportunity to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home.

We're preparing to expand our home care services into Priest River, Sandpoint, and surrounding communities, and we're looking to connect with compassionate, dependable caregivers who want to make a difference close to home.

This is an opportunity to get connected with our team as we develop our caregiver network and prepare for future client needs in your area. We are currently building our local caregiver applicant pool. Client assignments and immediate work hours are not yet available or guaranteed in these communities.

What Would You Do as a Caregiver?

When client assignments become available, responsibilities may include:

Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
Preparing meals and assisting with daily routines
Supporting mobility and fall prevention
Providing medication reminders
Performing light housekeeping and laundry
Assisting with errands, shopping, and transportation as authorized
Supporting clients with dementia, Parkinson's, and other age-related care needs

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in connecting with individuals who are:

Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Passionate about helping seniors remain independent
Professional and respectful of client dignity and privacy
Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
Reliable and able to travel to client assignments
Interested in training, learning, and professional growth
Able to meet applicable Idaho caregiver background screening and employment requirements

Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but a caring heart and commitment to helping others are equally important. We welcome applicants with professional caregiving experience as well as individuals who have cared for family members or loved ones.
