Client Care Manager

Bedford, TX | Home Care Leadership Role

We're seeking an experienced Client Care Manager to help oversee client care, support caregivers, and ensure exceptional service for seniors and their families. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines field visits, client admissions, care planning, and caregiver support.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk position. You'll spend time in the community meeting with clients, conducting supervisory visits, completing assessments, and helping our team deliver outstanding care.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of professional caregiving experience
Minimum 2 years of healthcare supervisory or management experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel throughout the Tarrant County area
CNA, LVN, or prior home care experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Complete client assessments and admissions
Develop and update individualized service plans
Conduct supervisory and quality assurance visits
Support, coach, and mentor caregivers
Build relationships with clients and families
Assist with problem-solving and service coordination
Maintain accurate documentation

Compensation

Your starting pay is based on your experience and skill set, with CNAs receiving an additional bump. From there, your pay is not fixed: as you complete training levels and grow your skills, your hourly rate grows with you. You also earn PTO through completing training, and after one year you’re eligible for our 401k with a matching program. If you refer another caregiver who joins the team and works 80 hours, you earn a $250 referral bonus.
