What You'll Do as a Caregiver
Make a meaningful difference by helping seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Helping with mobility, transfers, and daily activities
- Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
- Providing dementia care and supportive assistance
- Offering medication reminders
- Following individualized care plans and documenting services
Caregiver Requirements – Please Read Before Applying
Because our caregivers travel to clients' homes throughout Western Massachusetts, applicants MUST meet the following requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Own reliable personal vehicle
- Current auto insurance
- Availability to work at least 3 weekend shifts per month
- Reliable smartphone and communication skills
- Ability to pass required background and reference checks
- Willingness to complete required training
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Previous caregiving experience is strongly preferred. Experience as a PCA, HHA, CNA, DSP, Personal Care Aide, or Home Care Assistant is a plus!
