What You'll Do

Lead & Mentor

Introduce caregivers to new clients and help ensure successful care transitions.
Coach and support caregivers through hands-on training, skills refreshers, and competency assessments.
Model professional caregiving practices and reinforce our quality standards.

Provide Exceptional Client Care

Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, mobility, meals, and daily living activities.
Provide companionship, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation or errands as authorized.
Support clients with dignity, compassion, and respect.

Support Quality & Safety

Conduct home safety checks and routine quality assurance visits.
Identify changes in client needs and communicate concerns to the Care Manager.
Assist with care plan updates and maintain accurate documentation.

Assist with Scheduling

Help coordinate urgent caregiver coverage and respond to unexpected scheduling needs.
Support clients, families, and caregivers by resolving concerns promptly and professionally.

What We're Looking For

Current CNA/NAC certification required.
3+ years of professional caregiving experience.
Must be willing to work throughout Spokane and Kootenai County to support our clients and caregivers.
Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain with employer support.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
Experience providing hands-on personal care and assisting with safe transfers.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Comfortable using mobile applications or electronic care documentation systems.
Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused in challenging situations.
A genuine passion for helping seniors maintain their independence and quality of life.
