Salary Range:
$17.00 To $18.00 Annually
As a Caregiver at Platinum Care Group, you will provide non-medical, in-home support services to clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. This vital role involves assisting with daily living activities, companionship, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
- Assist with mobility, including transfers and walking assistance.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health, behavior, or needs to the care coordinator or supervisor.
- Follow individualized care plans to ensure client needs are met.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with clients and their families.
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for helping others and providing compassionate care.
- Previous caregiving experience and a motivation to learn (we provide training).
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and their families.
- Reliable, patient, and attentive to client needs.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
