Your Role: Operational Strategist


You’ll serve as the strategic backbone of our operations—owning, designing, and executing systems that drive performance, profitability, and impact. This is more than a support role—it’s a thought partner to the CEO, a force multiplier for the team, and a strategic architect of scalable, people-centered care.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Overhauling and optimizing daily workflows


  • Driving team accountability and engagement


  • Partnering with the CEO on growth strategy and execution


  • Managing KPIs and ensuring financial efficiency


  • Ensuring compliance while elevating client satisfaction

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
