Position Overview:
Weâre looking for an Operations Manager whoâs not just a leaderâbut a builder. Someone who takes ownership, grows our reach, drives performance, and ensures that our clients receive world-class, compassionate careâon time, every time.
As the Operations Manager, youâll run the day-to-day operations of our home care location, ensuring every client is served, every shift is covered, and every team member knows what success looks like.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Develop Staff
- Financial & Performance Management
- Brand Growth and Relationship Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and families
- Support caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Track performance metrics like hours served, schedule fill rate, and caregiver reliability
- Report weekly performance of the business and team and collaborate on growth goals
- Create and Improve Operational Efficiency
- Ensure the core experiences of the business create high satisfaction rates with clients, team, and partners.
- Oversee and ensure any regulatory compliance and surveys that will guarantee consistent and credible delivery of service.

- The branch runs smoothly, with consistent service delivery, accurate documentation, and timely response to issues.
- Administrative and support staff are well-trained, productive, and motivated, resulting in high employee engagement and retention.
- The branch experiences consistent growth and a strong market presence, driven by effective relationship marketing, field-based efforts, and the development of partnerships with local referral sources and healthcare professionals.
- Clients and families experience exceptional service, leading to increased satisfaction and retention.
- The branch maintains compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and agency policies.
- The branch supports financial health through accurate billing, payroll processes, and efficient scheduling practices.

Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years in a leadership or operational role (healthcare or service industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience coaching and developing staff.
- Confident and professional communicator
- Tech friendly and able to learn quickly without constant supervision
- Proven time-management skills and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Organizational and workforce management experience
- High sense of awareness and emotional intelligence
- High school diploma or GED required (I am more interested in someone who has learned and earnedâŠnot read books and taken test)
