Hiring Home Health Aide

Job Description: Home Health Aide will apply their experience, skill, compassion, and training at the directive of a detailed written care plan. Services performed will include; Companion Care, Personal Hygiene Assistance, Transferring Assistance, Light House Duty, Meal Prep, Medication Reminders, House Safety, Dressing Assistance, Coordination of Schedules, and many more within the RSA Level I & II guidelines.
Requirements:
- Clear criminal background check.
- Driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle.
- Maintain personal health to not jeopardize yourself, clients, or co-workers.
- CPR certified.
- Live within service area (Eastern Baltimore and Harford County)
Pay & Employment:
- Hourly pay $18/hr. Higher wage available with experience.
- Paid orientation.
- PTO, Bonus Potential, and Referral Incentive Program (CNAs/HHA and Signed Clients).
- Mileage reimbursement (between cases and/or driving client).
- Care Coordination:
