Caring Hands Home Health Inc is a growing Home Health Care Agency seeking a detail-oriented and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Level I to join our team.
This role supports the recruitment department by assisting with candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding support, and recruitment administration within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
We are looking for someone knowledgeable in recruiting who is system-driven, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Level I plays a key role in supporting daily recruiting operations. This entry-to-mid level position is responsible for building candidate pipelines, coordinating hiring activities, maintaining recruitment systems, and supporting onboarding processes.
This role is designed for a coordinator-level recruiting professional seeking growth within Talent Acquisition.

- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking platforms, and outreach efforts
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future staffing needs
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate information
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of job descriptions and postings
- Respond to candidate inquiries in a timely manner
- Support onboarding processes and ensure pre-employment requirements are completed
- Generate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics
- Maintain recruitment documentation and records
- Stay informed on industry trends and labor market conditions
- Recommend innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies

Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of talent sourcing or full life cycle recruiting experience
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Paylocity
- Experience with CareerPlug
- Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or related field — Preferred, not required
- At least one (1) year of talent sourcing or full life cycle recruiting — Required
Schedule
Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM-Candidates must be able to work this schedule consistently.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
