Director of Operations – Help Build and Strengthen a Growing Home Care Agency
Hi, I’m Dina Hurnevich, the owner of Alliance Senior Care. We are a leader in providing quality In-Home Care to Seniors in the tri-county area. I built this company on the core belief that every individual should be able to live out their lives as they choose. We make it happen, allowing seniors to remain at home and independent.
I believe leadership is about clarity, systems, and accountability—not micromanaging. I’m looking for a right-hand leader to help us scale with excellence and integrity. If you’re the kind of person who takes ownership, shows up with solutions, and gets things done—you’ll thrive here.
I am not looking for perfection. I am looking for a partner that is committed to the growth and development of themselves and the team they lead.
If that’s you—apply now and let’s meet.
