About the Role
Location: Spokane, WA (Hybrid possible)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $65,000 – $90,000 per year (DOE)
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant supporting C-suite leadership to provide high-level support to the CEO. The Executive Assistant will operate as the CEO’s trusted partner and right hand, helping manage priorities, executive communications, and key leadership initiatives.
This role serves as a central communication hub between the CEO, leadership team, employees, and external partners. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational ability, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, executive scheduling, and travel coordination
- Draft and edit executive-level correspondence, emails, and reports
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and leadership summaries
- Coordinate leadership meetings and executive communications
- Serve as liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and partners
- Track priorities and follow-up items from executive meetings
- Support executive initiatives and strategic projects
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive company information

Qualifications

5+ years supporting senior executives or C-suite leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and credit check
