Care to Stay Home is actively hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support our growing client base is the northern Idaho area. This role is critical to delivering high-quality, person-centered care that enables clients to live safely and comfortably at home.

- If you do not have your Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant license, we will provide you with the training to become a licensed HCA free of charge!
Position Overview:
- Build meaningful connections through conversation and companionship
- Provide hands-on personal care with respect and compassion
- Support safe movement, mobility, and simple exercises
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
- Prepare nourishing meals and encourage hydration
- Offer medication reminders and observe changes in condition
- Assist with errands, appointments, and staying engaged in the community

- Experience as a caregiver, preferably with seniors—but we will train the right heart
- Ability to lift up to 50-lbs and follow safety protocols

Compensation: $17.13 - $23.00 per hour
